Shipment & Dispatch Timelines

All Nysia products are meticulously crafted. Please review our category-specific timelines below to estimate your delivery window:

Ready to Ship (RTS) Global 5 – 8 working days (unless specified otherwise)
Wholesale Orders Global 4 – 5 weeks
Pret Local 2 – 3 weeks + 3 – 4 business days for delivery
Luxury Pret Local 3 – 4 weeks + 3 – 4 business days for delivery
Pret & Luxury Pret International 4 – 6 weeks + 5 – 7 business days for delivery

📌 Important Note on Mixed Orders:

  • If a standard made-to-order item is added to a Ready to Ship (RTS) order, the entire shipment will follow the longer, standard dispatch timeline.

Custom Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • All international shipments may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or country-specific surcharges based on the product value and local regulations.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full for the package to clear customs.

  • Nysia does not control, predict, or profit from these fees. Consequently, we will not be held liable for chargebacks, disputes, or refund requests stemming from the non-payment of customs duties or taxes.


Order Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. However, due to the custom nature of our pieces, we enforce a strict cancellation window:

  • Within 48 Hours of Purchase: Orders can be cancelled for a partial refund. A 10% cancellation fee of the total paid amount will be deducted, and the remaining 90% balance will be refunded to your original payment method
